My Ipod is Apple formatted. I would like to use it as a external hard drive at work. My machine at work has a USB port, but not a USB 2.0 port. I know that with a lot of devices if you connect a 2.0 cable to a 1.0 port, it will automatically downgrade itself, and just transfer files at a slower rate. Is this possible with an Ipod, or do I need to get a 2.0 card in my machine at work? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
