Is this the right one?

Hi, I'm on the apple UK store site just now. I'm gonna order an iPod for my PC. As I have no firewire card/port I'll need the USB cable for this...

Is the cable I'm after in their shop this one?

Also it says the "build time" will be 8-10 days, will this be the delivery time to my house, or should I not hold my breath? Does anyone know from past experience?
