Custom ID3 genres
Does the ipod recognize custom ID3 genres, or just the standard (ID3V1) genres? Thanks.

It does for Windows as well. But MusicMatch sucks for ID3 V2 tagging. I use "ID3-TAGIT". Just do a search on Download.com.RoccoM at 2007-11-15 14:16:52 >

Yes it does. I only found some strange behaviour with genres containing '(' and ')' characters. I now use '[' and ']'.
I use Ephpod on a Windows machine.
