Ok I just formatted my computers hard drive and I starting fresh and I am just setting my iPod software up and I do it restore so it will format to FAT32 like you would normally do for a windows iPod. I get the "Please hook your iPod up to a external power supply to reflash the iPods firmware" BTW I am using a 3G 15GB iPod hooked with the USB cable for the iPod
What exactly should I do. It dosnt even know the iPod exsists at the moment and when I power it up it shows the symbol then a dock cable with a arrow pointed to the bottom left then it shuts off after 5 seconds. The comp dosnt even reconize it. Can someone tell me what to do.
Please help. I am about to tear my hair out :P
