i have bought a gen II, 20 gig Ipod windows V1.2.6

well pleased with it, but bit of a problem with it. i have had 15 gig on it, now i have a 6 at the moment (currently ID3 tagging em).

now the problem never changes nerver mind how much or how little is on there.

the capcity show 18.5 gig (which i thins is right even though its sold as a 20 gig). but the available constantly states 16.5 gig.

i used the wipe clean in EphPod and every other option i can think off, but i cant get it to change>>>any help would be great
