question 1: is there anyway to put a winamp playlist onto my ipod so that i dont have to redo all the playlists all over again?

question 2: when i go into the list sorted by "artists" there are multiple listings for one artist... a different listing for each album i think? is there anyway i can delete the multiple listings so that alll of one artists songs are under one name?
