That's not a MP3 player hardware design.That's like Apple's very own version of Pocket PC.
Much as i love the old iPod design, i would go with the current new iPod style than that.

Hype, it looks like the three pictures are successive frames of an animation, showing how the (on-screen) control buttons would "slide in" from the bottom of the iPad's (!) screen...
