Looks like it uses a 1gb microdrive--not really comparable to a 10, 15 or 30gb ipod. Kinda cheap looking, at least to me. BTW, there will be host of 1GB flashmemory based mp3 players coming out in the near future, so it it's a flash based memoryt MP3 player you're looking for, I'd be patient--there'll be better ones than this out soon.One of these days you're going to see a flashbased mp3 player with tons of memory, and that will be intriguing, but this thing isn't going to compete with the ipod IMHO.

all of the new mp3 players made to rival the iPod look cheap, even if they have something the ipod cant offer they are still made by small companies who dont have enough money to design something as sophisticated ast the ipod. If it was behind a tree, looking through a kaliadiscope, on a foggy day, and there was alot of smoke from a raging forrest fire across the field of view, then it might look like an ipod.Actually, to me, it looks more like a sony walkman with a LED than anything else...:D

It's very shrug-of-the-shoulders, really.What's neat about the iPod is how you sort of fall in love with it. That's doesn't happen very often with me and machines. :p

Well i see that they wanted to copy Apple in many ways... The whole white thing isn't just Apple, but it gives a hint of iPod... then look at the power adapter, this made me laugh. It is powered by USB... This is soo copied from Apple. And it is also solid state construction like the iPod...It however doesn't have a touchpad, or an up to 30 gb hard drive...
