How do i obtain warranty service? Apples site is a joke.

i've been searching apple's site for about 30 minutes now looking for information on how to obtain warranty service for my defective ipod. it keeps linking to the support page which has nothing but FAQs and other unpertinent information. i just need a phone number where i can call them at. pretty lame they don't have a simple "contact us" link anywhere on their site.

Sorry for bumping this, but what us oversea customers are supposed to do?I tried registering my product, although I got a response mail, the website doesn't seem to know that, and I can't find anywhere to obtain the warranty service!!!
Is it only by phone?!

1/2life,Where are you located. You need to go to the apple page for your specific/country/region.
Try search for "apple UK" as an example, depending on where you are located.
From there either find their contact us page (Should be a link at the bottom of their pages), or try to go to their support page (usually a tab at the top of apple pages) and then find the page for iPod support. You may even be able to just add "support/ipod" to the end of your Apple's main page address to get to the correct page.
