help! i've checked other threads and i've had similar problems...but there is one that hasnt been mentioned. my ipod is frozen in the "do not disconnect" state. i did the "safely disconnect ipod" thing or whatever, and it just stayed in the same state. now the buttons aren't responding or anything! has anyone else had similar problems? i checked the hold switch and its off...
