Don't be too lonely, I ordered by 15gb on May 19 and am still waiting until July 9th.But you should check the Dell web site again, alot of 15gbs are going out, even as we speak!

Must have been a good deal. I got my first 30GB from Amazon.com in 1 week and it died. Returned it for a refund and placed an order direct from Apple.com about 2 weeks ago and received my replacement 30GB within 3 days direct from Taiwan.If I'd had Amazon replace (rather than refund) my order, their shipping estimate was July 9-24th for an order placed on JUNE 12.

Believe me, I've been constantly clicking reload every waking hour since the post since wotan2525's post at 3:21 am this morning.I tried calling Dell too but never got a person. I think they close at noon CST on Fridays too, not sure.

I ordered it in May because I didn't want to pass up on the deal. I'm going on a road trip in mid-July (leave July 19th) and thought, "Oh! I'll have plenty of time to load it up with music buying it this early!"
I don't like to be rude and give customer service people a hard time (having done customer service myself in the past) but I think it's time to really kick up some dust.. and yes, I do realize that Dell can't ship iPods that Apple hasn't given them yet. I just know for a fact that people who have have ordered well after me have already gotten their iPods.
This poor order fufillment system is something that won't change unless barked about.
