Soo What do you recomend I do?
I have a Gen3 iPod brought in the UK (John Lewis) and by the sounds of it I have restricted volume levels.
So how I can I be sure of this? Do you recomend that I wait and see if there is a Fix for this or take my iPod back and try and get one shipped from America (is this possible). Will there be a fix, some kind of update?
I need some help here heh as Im going away soon and need somthing to listen to.

Are you listening to your iPod and enjoying it with the volume limitations? If so, then keep it. They may change the volume restriction, they may not. The question is really whether or not you can live with the volume as is.

UK and EU pods are capped, so yea you have restricted sound levels. You might be able to get one from the US BUT Apple Store US DOES NOT ship outside of the us, so you'll have to get it elsewhere. (Might be tricky)
Also currently there's not a fix and maybe never, but people are working on figuring it out..
