minor ipod issues
Ok, I absolutely LOVE my new 15GB ipod... it has an issue though, and I'm not sure if I should worry about it:
Sometimes, it just won't turn on. Or it will be on, and it will stop responding (ie, I touch the buttons, but nothing happens). So I reset it, and everythings all right. My questions are: 1) Is it bad for the ipod to be resetting it all the time? 2) Is there a way to fix this problem?
Thanks to anyone who knows a solution!

Did you have the hold button on. The iPODs buttons will not respond when the hold button is set. I'm not sure if you can reset the iPOD with the hold button still engaged.

Thanks for the help, but alas, the hold button is not my issue... unfortunately, it's exactly as I previously described... my iPod just doesn't turn on at times, or it stops responding... for instance, this morning, I went to turn it on, and nothing happened. I went through the reset procedure, and of course that worked, and everything was fine. However, I'm still concerned that constantly resetting it like that is going to do something bad... could someone please tell me if this is a valid concern, or if my iPod is experiencing technical difficulties that would warrant a trip to the apple store? Thanks!

Yeah, sometimes my 30gb craps out first use in the morning from being off all night. I reset it and it works. Buts I find its very sporadic, that occurring. Doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. I do feel its a firmware issue and by the time the next firmware version comes out, this iPod will be like sliced bread. Oh so
