I finally got my 15gig ipod from dell but it has a noticable scratch across the screen and the battery isn't holding it charge like it should. So..i want to exchange it. Dell doesn't have it in stock (as i'm sure everyone is aware) and i'm just wondering if anyone knows if apple would exchange it under warrenty or what i can do. THANKS!
