i just got my 15gig ipod from dell a couple days ago and since then i've had to reset it (menu + play button to start up) and i'm wondering if this is normal. My battery life also seems to not be that great. I charged it with the wall charger before i did anything else with it...i don't use it all that much (half hour probably the longest at one time) and it goes down to half way. I'm wondering if i should try and exchange it will dell...would i end up getting a refurb from apple? Thanks! :D
