Newbie Question RE: Capacity/Available screen
After installing the software (on a PC) I checked the "about" screen on the iPOD and it said "Capacity: 9.2 GB, Available: 4.0 GB"...before I've loaded a single tune.
I searched the board and couldn't find a previous reference to this issue. (I understand why a 10GB iPod says only 9.2 GB...but I dont see how 60% of my capacity is listed as unavaliable before I've loaded anything).
I tried resetting the iPod, but it didn't change the capacity/available numbers. Suggestions?
