anyway to fast forward faster?

It seems like the default fast forward speed is made for people that listen to top 40 tracks that are 3 min long each, is there anyway to fast forward faster?

Yup, while a song is playing press the center button. You'll notice that the progress indicator changes to a diamond. Use the scrollpad to zoom forward or backward.Adam

No, it's wasn't with the manual. It's one of those "hidden" features that Apple likes to throw in.Adam

Four hour live sets at 192 kbs = circa 324 mb. And I have a five hour set at 192.

Yes, by pressing and holding the FF or REW buttons it goes forward or backward as well. Only not as fast as the center button method.Adam

Adam I tried this, but it seems that it usually skips to the beginning or end of the song either when I first press the button or when I take my finger off the button.
