A friend of mine has a new 15GB iPod that has stopped communicating with his computer - we have not been able to find a way to reinstate communication. He just got it recently, and is planning on returning it for a new one, but he has some personal information on the iPod that he would like to delete before returning. Is there any way to completely wipe out the contents of an iPod from the iPod itself?
