ipod looks

i personally would like to see the ipod come in different colors like some of the boxes show a charcoal/black ipod. Not only that but it would be cool if they could actually make ALL ipods come with blue backlighting instead of only a select random few.

one more thing, it would be cool if the ipod had settings to adjust the sensitivity of such things as the scroll wheel and touch buttons.

on the topic of color...I think that it would be nice to have different colored bodies. The white is execelent, but I hate the silver. thats the only tinng I dislike about my pod. Like it could be black and silver...or lime green and silver. Or like they could have colege colors for Ipods. I don't think spending 20 ####ing dollars is good enough to have protection and a different color. lmao

I think that if someone wants a different color on thier iPod...an iSkin should be good enough...the whole idea with the iPod being white is that Mac makes everything white...everything matches...not to mention, its diiferent...white isnt on that many home electronics... the whole thing with wanting different colors is kind of pointless to me.................................... .............
and the idea of interchangeable face plates like on cell phone wouldn't work very well... with the way the iPod is built... you could take the plate off... but all of the pods guts would be exposed... being a risk factor for internal damage... they could add a protective plate/cover that is mounted under where the face plate could come off... but that would make the iPod thicker... it would have added weight and size... i dont think it would be a good idea.
