Side volume control and track skip buttons

I think it would be very convenient if they had a volume knob and the track skip buttons on the side of the case so that they can be used while still in the case on your belt negating even the need for the remote.

Seeing as how the iPods are built (I assume you mean the newer docking kind), it'll be hard to switches on the solid chrome caseback without making them look a little weird. Moreover, I dunno if this is what Apple was aiming for, but the iPods are now more "splashproof," as when you splash a small quantity of water on it, there's nowhere it can get in, assuming you have the headphone plugged in and are using the dock covers. Thats why I don't use the white headphones. Im waiting for more thirdparties to make a iPod remote replacement. So I can keep my iPod safely in my bag/pocket.eMikey at 2007-11-15 14:55:03 >
