Sennheiser MX400/500 Info.
I'm looking to buy some cheap but decent earphones.
I have heard that the senn mx400/500 are good.
What are the differences between the 400 and the 500.
Also is the mx300 better??
Does anyone know where to buy them in UK?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the MX500. They sound great!
The only difference between the MX400 and MX500 is a volume control knob on the MX500.

Does the volume control change the volume on the ipod, or is the headphone volume separate??

Headphone volume separate. Basically, it's a volume defeat switch.
And yes, I'd heartily recommend the MX400/500. The MX300s are very similar, but don't come with the wind-up case.
