For cheapos I like these the Koss KOS KTXPRO1.They are lightweight, have titanium drivers and a volume control in the cord. $19.99 everywhere.
The best sounding $20 headphones I've owned. I keep them in my desk and use them when I'm previewing newly loaded tracks.
I'd rather see somebody walk off with these than my expensive ones which I keep in my briefcase. ;)

The KTX Pro 1 is very good. My brother has them and loves them. The KSC 50s are good, too. They clip onto your ear instead of having a headband. Same driver.If you want earbuds, get the Sennheisser MX 400 (or 500 if you want a volume control. It's useless, in my opinion)
