WOW (apple rocks)

1 week ago i got my ipod but from the beginig my Earbuds didnt work. So yesterday around noon i called apple and the said they would send me out a new pair at no charge . The guy said they should be there within the next three days. So when i went to get the mail around noon the next morning, guess what, my new Earbuds where there to greet me at front door.:D

Exact same w/ my remote.

Got my replacement 22hrs after hanging up with them... Didn't have to send my broken one back. Great service.

SOT: When I ordered my iMac from the Apple store online, I received it and it was a Spanish version. The keyboard was different with all the symbols and things. I called Apple, after a 20 minute wait, they had my new replacement keyboard there before the next day. I was highly impressed.

Did you have to return the old keyboard? I'd assume an item of that size would surely warrant a return, unlike a dock, headphones, or remote.

No I didn't. The first guy I talked to said I was going to have to and they'd send a prepaid package with my new keyboard but it never came. I called about it and nobody knew anything about it.

I had to have the mouse replaced for mine...got it in 2 days and didn't have to return the old mouse. The pro mouse and keyboard are the same price...$60. I guess they just don't care about stuff like that.

On the other hand, when I had to request a new Firewire cable, I did have to return the broken one afterwards.
