well...for some audiophiles or collectors its worth 15k, it comes with complete custom amp for that pair of headphone and it's limited production.. IIRC, there are only few of these ever made

they're for audiophiles and big professional recording studios, etc
it's not like someone's going to buy these and plug them into their ipod :P
you could say the price is justified considering the headphones and the amp it comes with is handmade, including all the parts, which are specially made, not really used in anything anymore and quite rare
all the sennheiser headphones are created out of technology downgraded from the orpheus. it is the granddaddy of them all if you will.

Any recommendations for small speakers for an iPod? I'm getting a Belkin battery pack for a long canoe trip this fall. Now would like some very pportable speakers.
