Just got my iPod!
But I wont buy it because It will most likely have a color screen, which I dont need and would most likely drain batteries faster.

All I can say is...wow. The size is waaaaaay smaller then I thought it would be, the screen is gorgeous and clear (could it be the 2.02?) and the sound quality is superb. It feels like you have something great in your hands, and I know when I'm holding it on the train, people are gonna stare at it for a while. I don't think anything can beat the ipod, only a 4g one :D

well, i went to my bookstore today and i decided to check out the new ipods for the first time..it was awesome..i never realized that it was so small..i own a 20gb, and it looks like a (strill tiny) brick compared to the news ones..the scroll wheel is smaller, and the buttons on top of it make it as easy if not easier to work with your ipod..i loved it..i was really surprised..you will love it i am sure :)btw, on a side note, i also saw the 12" powerbook G4 and it was absolutely beatiful and extremely fast too!
