Just got my iPod today

First of all I've got to give thanks to this site, without it I wouldn't have found out about Ephpod and I would have been stuck with MusicMatch (which i've used in the past and generally stay away from now). I unpacked the iPod, installed the software, cancelled out when it was time to install Musicmatch, and installed ephpod - it works incredibly easy. Why Apple didn't license Ephpod is beyond me, but that's besides the point. My only complaint is that when I've got my iPod mounted to my computer (daisy chained off of a external Firewire HD (plugged into a 6-pin) that is originally plugged into the 4-pin on my laptop) it doesn't charge as well.

I'm still trying to get over just how small it is, I had seen pictures and seen the first generation in the stores but it's just amazing. I wish I would have had one of these when they first came out - I had no idea what I was missing.

i'm already planning on it, I was just thanking this site for giving it a fair review - I've seen other reviews (usually of ephpod and xplay) and they call ephpod 'complicated' or 'difficult' - it's clearly not.
