There doesn't seem to be any "New Users" forum/thread, so I guess I'll post here to introduce myself.

I actually got my iPod last Friday, but I then went on a three day camping trip before I could do anything with it. I went out and got a FireWire card for my PC, it installed beautifully, the software installation was a snap as well, and in no time I was enjoying my tunes on my beautiful little iPod.

My parents got it for me for my birthday, and it was a complete suprise - I never thought my parents would come up with the idea for it!
