Just Got It

Hey,

I just got my 15gb ipod. Installation was smooth, but I debated whether to install MMJB, or just go straight to Ephpod, because I had heard so many bad things about MMJB. I decided to try MMJB and it wasn't bad. It definitly had a few faults but it recognized the ipod right away and synched perfectly.

Back to the pod, its the best designed item I have ever seen. The UI is flawless and it looks great. What are some cases that are good?

I suggest the iSkin eXo (http://iskinprotect.com), because it is the coolest-looking one I've seen. I've preordered one (in White Frost), but I'm still checking out others. So far the eXo is my favorite.

Hey,

Yeah, that looks really cool, I'll be checking it out. BTW, my ipod came with v. 2.0.1 Do I have to run the updater(it says v 2.0.1 on the about screen)

Nope, you're all set, no need to run the updater.

Congrats on the new iPod. I too have pre-ordered the iSkin eXo (in Hot House).

Cool,

Thanks everybody, I'm debating between the iSkin eXo (blue mist), or the new leather incase sleeve. Any suggestions, pros and cons? I want it to look good but at the same time I want protection from bangs and drops.
