LMAO!
I know, not nice to laugh, but this is totally something my son would do. I feel for you dude. He once pushed the "One touch Scanning" button on my scanner and decided to follow the lights on the glass with a permanent marker. Fortunately it was red, and my wife got it off before it set. I unleashed the wrath upon him and I think that is why he stays clear of my iPod!

I have a different problem, because my son is older. He's nine and has already got his own playlist going in my brand new iPod. I'm trying to be mature about it and work on sharing, but it is my new birthday present!

Many kids love technology. Cool buttons, pretty lights...gadgets have all the kinds of things kids love. My cousin comes over a lot with his 2-year old, and he just runs from room to room playing with my remote controls, the TV, my iPod, my PocketPC, etc. He likes to grab expensive things and whack them against the nearest table over and over.
Gotta remember to put everything up when he comes over - especially my expensive little iPod!

My 2 year old girl eyes most of my gadgets hungrily, but I let her play with my Gamecube's Wavebird controller (switched off) and that keeps her happy. For now.
ZoidbergD, you need to have kids to wreck your stuff and happily accept hand-me-downs, how else can you justify upgrading to the latest shiny toy?
