Greetings all! I've been reading the lounge for a few weeks now, and been contemplating grabbing an iPod. Well, a week ago, I bit the bullet and spent the $330 on the 20 gig off Amazon and it just came today. I was expecting it to be small, but not this small. The thing is downright tiny and one of the nicest looking pieces of hardware I own (It can't beat my wonderful NEC Multisync FE991SB tho). Well, now it's sitting and charging away and I'm finishing tagging the messed up tags in my mp3 collection. All in all, my first impressions are very very positive and after showing it to my dad, he says he might just need to get one, hehe. Oh, and also of note is the packaging. I mean, wow. Nothing I've ever bought has had this superb of packaging. I've never been a Apple fan, but this just may make me grab an Apple computer someday. I'll post more impressions once I have all my mp3s transferred to it. And also a question, what's the best way to get rid of the Apple tag in the case? I've heard it scratches the pod, and I don't want that to happen already!
