I have a brand new 20GB iPod (3rd Gen) for sale. I bought this at the same time I got a new Powerbook so I went ahead and took advantage of the rebate offer Apple had. I bought this with the full intention to resell it immediately (I already have a 40GB iPod).

The price for this item is $375 shipped (anywhere in lower 48) with full insurance.

This unit is still sealed in the packaging, except where I carefully cut out the proof of purchase that I needed for my rebate. This does not affect the warranty on the unit at all (1 year).

I can also provide a copy of the original sales receipt if you wanted to get a TAP or something from CompUSA (or for any other reason).
