well...a couple. But considering that if you buy this case, and I'm sure if you actually do - you will WANT TO USE it. Scratches get on iSee cases all the time, that's the point considering you don't want your iPod scratched. ;) There's about 3-4 tiny scratches though overall...nothing big.
EDIT: I should note that if you're looking at the case it looks brandnew, you can only see the scratches if you're looking at it very carefully and tilting it in the right way so the light reflects off it.
