Im looking for gen 3 but will also consider a gen 2 windows ipod. its for the g/f and wanted to find a new in box for $250. i know there have been some deals on these so im gonna go look around retail today but if anyone finds something on the net please post here. Also a 2 gen 20 gig would be cool too but probablly too expensive. Thanks!

Man, go for the refurb deal from Apple. Just like brand new, and with warranty I think.I paid $212 for my 10GB on eBay, shipped to Canada, which was a bargain (included an incase leather slip case) and it was like-new. If I could have gotten a refurb for $199 I would have in a heartbeat!
I can't believe people are buying used ones for that much and new 'sealed' ones for even more!
