If someone could give me a step-by-step instruction on how to create and submit a podcast, I would appreciate it. I read through the FAQ and it made no sense to me for some reason. THANKS!

I personally would love for "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" to be available as a Podcast. I also think The Diane Rehm Show would be good.
